摘    要:先进的边检系统对指纹识别的快速性和准确性要求较高。由于扫描的指纹图像和库存指纹在方向和大小方面并不完全相同,给正确快速的识别带来了困难。将旋转不变模板应用于指纹识别,利用指纹图像的方向编码直方图与库存指纹图像进行匹配来识别指纹,可迅速计算出扫描指纹与库存指纹的不相似度,如果此不相似度小于一个阈值,可认为是指纹匹配。

Abstract:The rapidity and accuracy is the essential requirement of the advanced frontier inspection. It is difficult to identify the fingerprint rapidly and accurately because the difference of the orientation and the size between scaned fingerprint image and storage fingerprint. The method applies rotation-invariant template matching for fingerprint identification, which using orientation code histogram and orientation code matching to identify fingerprint. It can compute the disaffinity rapidly between scaned fingerprint image and storage fingerprint, if the disaffinity is less than the value ,the fingerprint is matching.
