摘    要:位置业务在未来移动通信系统中起到重要作用,引起了人们的广泛关注和研究。而正交频分复用(OFDM)技术由于其良好的抗多径衰落能力和较高的频带利用率,已被广泛应用于数字音频广播(DAB)、数字视频广播(DVB)、无线局域网等,成为下一代无线通信系统的核心技术之一。在经典的时间同步算法最大似然(ML)算法的基础上,结合一种整体相关的OFDM定时估计算法,提出了一种有效利用截短循环前缀(CP)相关来进行定时估计测距的改进算法。分别在高斯白噪声和多径衰落信道下进行仿真,结果表明:改进算法在任一信道下都有较好的性能。

Abstract:Great concern has given to mobile location services in mobile communication system for its importance.And OFDM as one of the core technologies of the next wireless communication system is widely applied in digital audio broadcasting(DAB),digital video broadcasting(DVB)and WLAN for its advantage such as the ability to oppose multi-path interference and high spectrum utilization.An efficient estimation of timing and ranging improved algorithm is proposed by using short CP correlation based classical ML algorithm and ensemble correlation timing estimation algorithm.Simulation result conducted in both AWGN channel and multi-path fading channel shows that the improved algorithm is characterized by better performance.
