基于CAN总线的燃气轮机高温传感器设计

摘    要:针对高温、高压气体温度测量的特殊要求,设计了一种耐高温、响应快的控制器局域网络(CAN)总线式温度传感器.介绍了温度测量的基本原理、铂电阻冷端补偿技术和实现途径,给出了相应的硬件电路与单片机软件实现.实验结果表明:精度约为1%,响应时间优于0.5s,传感器测温误差小、性能稳定,能够满足整体性能要求,达到了预定的设计效果.

Abstract:Aiming at special requirements of high temperature and high pressure gas temperature measurement, design a kind of high temperature resistant,fast response controller area network(CAN)bus type temperature sensor.Basic principle of temperature measurement,platinum resistance cold end compensation technology and realization approach are introduced. Corresponding hardware circuit and software implementation of micro controller unit(MCU)are given.The experimental results show that precision is about 1%,response time is prior to 0.5 s.The sensor is able to meet overall performance requirements and reach the predetermined design effect with small measurement error and stable performance.
