| 摘 要： | 为了解决传统金相组织定量分析中存在的准确性差、效率低的缺点,根据CCD图像采集的特点,利用计算机图像处理技术来实现金相组织的定量分析.提出了适用于金相分析的图像处理方法,使其能够准确、快速和定量化.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the bad accuracy and low efficiency in traditional quantitative analysis of metallography organization,according to the features of CCD collecting material metallography organization,utilizing computer image processing technology to realize the quantitative analysis of metallography organization,image processing method is presented which is the same with metallography analysis,to make it more accurate, fast and quantification. |
