电容传感器测量电路的稳零研究

摘    要:受到测量电路中元件本身性能、温度和供电电源性能等的影响,采用四相检测测量电路的微电容传感器的输出不可避免地会出现零漂,影响传感器的稳定性.为此,对微电容传感器测量电路的零漂现象进行了研究,给出了稳零方案和电路,并说明了电路中各元件对稳零的影响以及元件的选择和计算方法.

Abstract:The output of the microcapacitance transducer with a four-phase measuring circuit inevitably presents zero drift, so that the stability of the transducer is effected. Investigation of zero drift phenomena of the microcapacitance transducer circuit is studied. A design of stability of zero-point and circuit is given. The effect of the devices in the circuit on stability of zero-point as well as methods of choosing devices is explained.
