增量式光栅编码器在激光扫描雷达的应用研究

摘    要:在地面、空中、太空、海面、水下,激光雷达的应用十分广泛,并涉及到多个学科领域。提出了采用增量式光栅编码器作为激光雷达扫描系统的位置传感器,研究了增量式光栅编码器的工作特点,设计了测量电路,并对增量式光栅编码器的线性度和重复精度进行了测试、标定。实验结果表明:该增量式光栅编码器线性度达99.97%,重复精度可以达到18″,可以提供给激光雷达系统精确的位置信息。

Abstract:Laser radar has been widely used on the ground,in the air,space,on the sea surface,under water,and it involves many subjects.Incremental optical grating encoder is used in the position sensor for the laser radar sannning system,its working characteristics is studied and measurement circuit is designed.The linearity and repeat precision of the incremental optical grating encoder are tested and calibrated.The experimental results show that the linearity of incremental optical grating encoder reaches to 99.97 % and repetitive precision can reach to 18″,it can offer precise position information for the laser radar system.
