Zn_2SnO_4-LiZnVO_4系湿敏陶瓷材料的研究

摘    要:报道了Zn_2SnO_4为主晶相,LiZnVO_4为感湿体的多孔湿敏陶瓷材料的制备、结构及性能之间的关系;并通过阻抗谱测试对材料湿敏机理进行了初步探讨。实验表明LiZnVO_4的加入大大改变了材料的微结构和湿敏灵敏度。

Abstract:The preparation, microstructure and humidity - sensing properties of Zn2SnO4 - LiZnVO4 porous ceramics have been studied. The humidity -sensitive electrical properties of these elements have been ivestigated by the complex impedance analysis techniques. The experimental results show that microstructure and humidity -sensitive characteristics can be improved by controlling the amount of LiZnVO4.
