| 摘 要： | 阐述了CMOS图像传感器芯片的基本现状,给出了目前应用在民用相机上存在的固定图形噪声、暗电流噪声以及像素间串扰等问题的解决方法与对策。并通过对CMOS图像传感器的新技术进行探讨,预测了CMOS图像传感器的应用前景与发展前途。

| Abstract: | The development status of CMOS image sensor is described,and problems with the sensor such as fixed pattern noise(FPN),dark current and talk-cross in pixels are presented and solutions to these problems are proposed.A new development tendency in CMOS image sensors and the new application of CMOS image sensors are also discussed. |
