对火箭发动机推力矢量测试系统的标定

摘    要:重点介绍了一种用于测量火箭发动机推力矢量的压电式测试系统,并设计了对测试系统进行静态标定和动态标定的装置。多次标定结果表明:该推力矢量测试系统静态性能良好,灵敏度、线性度都达到了设计要求,直接输出的向间横向干扰在5%以内;动态性能优异,响应迅速,无滞后现象和振荡现象的出现。

Abstract:A piezoelectricity measuring system used for measuring rocket thrust vector is introduced. A devices to static accomplish ,calibration and dynamic calibration on the system is designed. According to several results of calibration, the measuring system has good property, the sensitiveness and linearity of the system all can completely meet the design needs and the cross interaction of the output forces is within 5 % ; its dynamic property is excellent good, it responds quickly to dynamic signals without lag or oscillation.
