基于光纤Sagnac干涉仪的旋转角度测量系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于光纤Sagnac干涉仪的敏感角速度光纤传感器的工作原理。根据其输出的旋转信号的特点,采用P87LPC767单片机,设计出一套应用于角度测量的硬件及软件,实现了对中低速旋转的角度测量,可测角度范围为-360°~360,°且误差低于1%。详细介绍角度测量的实现,并对测量结果和误差进行分析。

Abstract:The principle of a kind of fiber-optic sensor based on the Sagnac-interferometer is introduced.According to the character of the output signal,a set of hardware and software applied to the measurement of angle is designed based on the single chip processor P87LPC767.The system can measure the rotation angle from (-360°) to 360° in a low or middle speed and limit the deviation within 1%.The realization of angle measurement is mainly introduced,and the result of the experiment is given.Finally,the result of measurement and the deviation are analysed.
