摘    要:针对装甲车辆驾驶舱温度调节的迫切需求,对基于半导体制冷的大空间温度调节装置进行试验研究。设计了大空间试验箱、半导体制冷系统和基于分布式传感器的温度监测系统。选择不同类型的制冷片,使其工作在不同电流工况和散热条件下,得到了制冷片两端的温差与箱体内平均温度随制冷片工作时间的变化。结果表明:温度监测系统能够实时采集显示半导体制冷片冷热端与箱体内温度的变化情况;制冷片和制冷片工作电流的选择要与制冷系统的散热强度相适应才能达到良好的制冷效果;适当增加制冷片冷端的散冷能力,有助于降低制冷片两端的温差,提高制冷效果。

Abstract:Aiming at urgent need of temperature regulation for the cockpit of armor vehicles,temperature modulating devices for large space based on semiconductor refrigeration are tested.The large space test chamber,semiconductor refrigeration system and temperature monitoring system based on distributed temperature sensors are designed.Different types of cooling plate,which work in different currents working condition and heat radiation conditions,and then the data that reflects the variation of temperature difference between the cold junction and hot junction and the average temperature in the test chamber is got.The results show that the temperature monitoring system can collect and display the temperature of the monitoring point,the cooling plate and its work current should accord with the intensity of heat radiation of refrigeration system to achieve good cooling effect,and the adequate enhancement of the scattered cold ability at cold junction helps to reduce the temperature difference between cold junction and hot junction and improve the cooling effect.
