锥光全息非接触式测量系统设计

摘    要:针对激光三角法易受测量斜面的影响和一般全息法测量范围小且光源依赖性强等问题,提出基于锥光全息原理的非接触式测量法,该方法采用共路测量,具有很好的环境适应性。在分析锥光全息系统原理的基础上,对系统的机械结构、电气控制部分及软件进行设计,完成图像采集与处理、温度自适应控制以及人机交互等功能。通过与双频激光的比对实验表明:锥光全息系统具有较高测量精度,能够满足测量要求。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that laser triangle method easy to be influenced by inclined plane,and the dependence to laser and small measurement range of common holography,the method of non-contact measurement based on conoscopic holography is presented.The method adopts common-path measurement and has good environmental adaptation.On the basis of analysis of the principle of conoscopic holography,mechanical structure of system,electrical control and software parts are designed.The functions of image collecting and processing,temperature adaptive control and man-machine interactive are realized in the system.Experiment contrast to twofrequency laser shows the conoscopic holography system has high measurement precision and Can satisfy measurement demand.
