摘    要:光纤光栅是利用光纤的光敏特性制成的新型光无源器件,在传感方面具有许多独特的优点.但光纤光栅本身压力灵敏度非常低,要想在实际测量中发挥作用,必须对其进行压力增敏.介绍了目前比较流行的几种压力增敏方式,分析了它们的优缺点和用途,并对光纤光栅压力传感器的发展做出展望.

Abstract:Optical fiber grating is a new type of optical passive devices fabricated by using photosensitive characteristic,it has many unique advantages.However,the pressure sensitivity of fiber grating itself is very low.In order to play a role in actual measurement,pressure sensibilization must be carried out.Several current popular modes of pressure sensibilization are introduced.Their advantages,disadvantages and application are analyzed,and development of fiber grating pressure sensor is prospected.
