一种矢量量化编码时所需的数据平稳性和各态遍历性的大数据检测方法;然后研究了小波变换在热图像压缩中的
应用.

| Abstract: | This paper first of all based on the wavelet pyramidel decomposition of the images .the dis
tributed properties in the data of each subband are analyzed in detail. According to these properties .a modi
fied block-partition method and a large number-determined method used in vector quantization are present
ed. Then the thermal image compression using wavelet transformation has been studied. |
