基于UWB技术的无线移动多媒体QoS路由协议

摘    要:随着UWB技术的出现,无线移动多媒体业务在自组网中的应用成为可能。为了满足无线移动多媒体传输的需要,设计了一种新的针对多媒体业务的QoS路由协议,给出了协议的详细描述。由于该协议充分利用了UWB技术的速率和距离互换特性,考虑了传输速率、时延和链路拥塞程度3个QoS参数,并借鉴无线移动自组网基本路由协议DSR和AODV,因此不仅能够获得满足业务要求的路由,且能提前预测链路的中断,以便及时切换替代路由。与目前已提出的基于UWB技术的路由协议相比,该协议更适合于无线移动多媒体业务的传输。

Abstract:With the development of UWB technology,it is possible for wireless mobile multimedia to apply to MANET.The paper designs a new routing protocol for QoS of wireless mobile multimedia.The protocol is described in detail.Consider three parameters of QoS: transmission speed,time delay and jam of link,the protocol is based on the basic routing protocols of MANET-DSR and AODV.The protocol makes use of interconversion between speed and distance in UWB technology.Thus it can not only obtain right route for transmission,but also forecast the halt of link to switch other route.Compared with present routing protocols based on UWB technology,the protocol is more adaptive to the transmission of wireless mobile multimedia.
