摘    要:提出了一种基于计算机视觉的织物疵点的自动检测与识别方法,使用CCD摄像头对织物进行实时拍摄,对所得图片通过图像处理、小波分析,提取特征参数,有效地检测与识别缺经、缺纬、油污、破洞等常见疵点,其具有检测速度快、识别正确率较高等优点。

Abstract:An automatic processing method to inspect and recognize fabric defects based on computer vision inspection is presented.The method,catching the photo of fabric by using CCD camera,and processing it by image processing and wavelet decomposition,extracting the feature parameters,can efficiently inspect and recognize four common fabric defects-weft-lacking,warp-lacking,oil stains,and holes,and have advantages of high identification correctness and high inspection speed.
