| 摘 要： | 风玫瑰图是气象学科中用于定量分析风要素的专业统计图表。本文以黄渤海区海洋站定时气象逐时风数据为例,阐述利用存储过程进行数据的提取、分析与统计方法,并在C#开发环境下,编程实现各海洋站风玫瑰图的自动成图设计。
