摘    要:统计过程控制(SPC)是生产过程质量控制的重要工具。基于SPC设计开发一种质量管理系统,并将此系统应用炼钢电炉中。该系统能够显著提高检测效率和数据准确率。它可以对电炉进行有效监管,消除质量隐患。

Abstract:Statistic Process Control(SPC) is an important tool for quality control in manufacturing process.A kind of quality management system,which is based on SPC,is developed and used in EAF steelmaking.This kind of system can remarkably improve measurement efficiency and accuracy of measurement data.It can give an effective regulation to EAF and eliminate hidden quality problems.
