高速公路上违章停车的视频监测系统设计与实现

针对高速公路的封闭特性导致车辆的违章情况不容易被及时发现的问题，本系统在高速公路现有监控系统的基础上，增加智能识别，筛选违章停车的现象，并及时报警，为公路安全提供有效的安全技术手段。在系统设计中，主要利用视频图像处理手段，根据时间帧差法判断运动目标，并时差分图像作灰度、去噪等处理，获得相对准确的车辆目标，重点对运动目标的突然停止进行判断。本系统采用增加数据结构、设计算法等手段能够获得可疑目标，并及时报警。

Design and realization for video monitoring system of illegal parting in highway

The car is not easy to find because of the enclosed environment of highway. On the existing basis of monitoring system, this system increase intelligent recognition. It can screen out the illegal parking and enable to a timely alarm. This technical means is security protection for highway. At the design of system, mainly use the video image processing tools. Base on the means of frame difference to determine moving target. And the gray-scale image denoising and processed to obtain accurate car target. Focus on the objectives of the campaign to stop suddenly to judge, the system used to increase the data structure and design of algorithms, and other means of access to suspicious target, and timely alarm.
