| 摘 要： | 应急联动数据库系统是城市处置各类应急突发事件所需的数据源,它可提供对应急信息资源的存储、维护、检索、统计等功能,是应急联动指挥平台建设的基础。文中旨在提出一种规划应急联动数据库系统的方法,整合各联动单位分散的信息资源,为城市应急联动指挥提供必要的信息支撑。

| Abstract: | Emergency response database system is the data source that we deal with all types of emergency incident to need,It can provide to functions of storage,maintenance,retrieval,statistical for emergency response information resources.It is the basis of the emergency response command platform.This article proposes a method of how to plan for emergency response database system,integration of distributed information resources of each linkage unit,to provide the necessary support for the city emergencyresponse command. |
