| 摘 要： | 论述气象决策短信自动生成系统是以实现气象决策短信的自动生成、简化决策短信的编辑发布流程、提高工作效率为出发点,应用SQL及软件编程技术,整合省级服务器的国家级气象站数据和昆明区域自动气象站数据,实现不同类型雨量决策短信的自动生成,并通过光纤和互联网接入短信网关,实现决策短信的高效发布.

| Abstract: | Focused on simplifying the process of edit and sending decision-making messages and improving work efficiency,this paper discusses auto-creation System of meteorological Decision-making Message.By means of applying SQL programming technology and migrating meteorological data of National weather station and Kunming regional automatic weather station,the system can create rainfall text message of different kinds of station automatically.Entering Telecom gateway through the connection of fiber and Internet,the system achieves high-efficient distribution of decision-making message. |
