摘    要:在交互通讯的基础上,海洋平台中控系统包括相对独立的过程控制系统(Process Control System,PCS)、紧急关断系统(Emergency Shutdown,ESD)和火气监控系统(Fire and Gas system,FGS)。本文将ESD与FGS集成为设备保护系统(Facilities Protection System,FPS),共享一套冗余控制器,以便更好地完成监测、控制、保护以及安全功能。而PCS和FPS的冗余控制器通过冗余EtherNet网络完成交互通讯。同时,PCS和FPS都采用冗余电源供电,冗余控制器还通过冗余ControlNet网络与远程输入/输出(Input and Output,I/O)模块实现冗余通讯。为进一步提高安全性能,FPS采用了冗余远程I/O模块设计。实际应用表明,本文提出的海洋平台中控系统能够满足海洋平台石油生产领域应用需求,系统集成性更好,性/价比也更高。

Abstract:Communicated with each other, PCS (Process Control System), ESD (Emergency Shutdown) and FGS (Fire and Gas system) must be developed stand alone for wellhead platform control in offshore. FGS and ESD are combined with a set of redundant controller to provide a fully integrated monitoring, control, protection and safety function in this paper. For PCS and FPS, the redundant controllers communicate with each other through redundant EtherNet network. The redundant power is provided and the redundant controllers communicate with remote I/O (Input and Output) modules through the redundant ControlNet network. In order to achieve more safety function, the redundant remote I/O modules are designed for FPS. With more economical, the proposed integrated system fully meet the requirements in application of the offshore oil field.
