摘    要:结合电力电子技术的高速发展以及电梯用门机控制器的需求,提出设计一款匹配永磁同步电机的门机控制器,将电源模块、DSP控制芯片及周边电路、输入/输出接口、电机驱动电路等集成一体化设计。解决以往门机控制器集成度低,占用空间大,质量、性能不稳定等问题。通过实际工地使用该款一体式永磁变频门机控制器电子线路设计符合门机控制器的需求,性能稳定,满足批量生产要求。

Abstract:Considering the high-speed development of power electronics technology and the requirement of door motor controller for elevator, a door motor controller matching permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed, which integrates power module, DSP control chip and peripheral circuit, input/output interface and motor drive circuit. It solves the problems of low integration, large space occupation, unstable quality and performance of portal crane controllers in the past. The electronic circuit design of the integrated permanent magnet frequency conversion portal crane controller meets the requirements of the portal crane controller, and has stable performance, which meets the requirements of batch production.
