基于PLC的多步进电机系统协同控制

摘    要:本文设计了3台步进电机协同控制系统,采用西门子S7-200 SMART ST30和编码器测量主动电机的转速,根据主动电机和从动电机的转速关系,计算出从动电机的转速。使用运动控制向导工具,分别设置2个轴的参数,PLC输出的高速脉冲用来控制从动电机,此种控制方法具有操作方便和稳定性高的优点。

Abstract:The design of cooperative control system includes three stepper motors in this article. It uses SIEMENS S7-200 SMART ST30 and encoder to measure the active motor speed. According to the relationship between the speed of the active motor and the driven motor, the speed of the driven motor can be calculated. When using the Motion Control Wizard tool, it should be set parameters for two axes separately. PLC output high-speed pulse is used to control driven motor. This control method has the advantages of convenient operation and high stability.
