光伏电池板巡检系统的硬件设计与实现

摘    要:为了解决光伏电池板电压、电流检测问题,本系统应用高性能数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407作为核心,结合LCD专用芯片、时钟芯片、IDE硬盘和复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD进行控制和接口设计,详细介绍了该巡检系统的硬件组成和工作原理,该系统有效地实现电压、电流信号的采集与读取的并行性,提高了电路的可靠性。测试结果表明,本系统能够成功实现电压、电流的准确采集及处理。

Abstract:To solve the problem of detecting the voltage and current of photovoltaic cell panels, this system is realized by using high performance digital signal processor TMS320LF2407 as the core, combining with the special LCD chip, Real Time Clock Chip, IDE hardisk and complex programming CPLD implement control and interface design. The hardware compo- sition and the characteristic of the operating parameters inspection system for photovoltaic cell panels are discussed in detail. Besides, in this system, the parallelness of sampling and reading is realized efficiently, the reliability of the circuit is improved. The test results indicate that the system can achieve the accurate collection of voltage and current and signal processing successfully.
