基于PLC的双轴机械手系统设计

摘    要:机械手是一种能模仿人手臂功能的自动操作装置,可以按固定程序进行抓取、搬运物件或工具.本文综合运用三菱PLC、触摸屏、特殊模块FX2N-20GM和FX2N-4DA、变频器、伺服电机等设备,设计了一个双轴机械手控制系统.机械手以可以实现对工作圆盘上的指定磁钢的自动跟随控制.实验结果表明,双轴机械手运行效果良好.

Abstract:Manipulator is a kind of automatic operation device to imitate the human arm function, can be a fixed wogram grab, handling objects or tools. In this paper, the integrated use of Mitsubishi PLC, 1-1M1, FX2N-20GM and FX2N-4DA, inverter, servo motor and other equipment, a manipulator control system is designed. The manipulator can realize the automatic control to the specified work on the magnetic disk. The experimental results show that, the manipulator is running well.
