电子膨胀阀的最优PID控制

摘    要:本文详细阐述了电子膨胀阀PID控制的原理、参数及传递函数,提出一种实现PID参数整定的方法,获得了理想的PD最优控制器,并在多次试验的基础上确定了一般意义上的PD控制器经验公式。根据获得的PD参数,通过S7-200PLC,利用集成脉冲触发步进电机实现了对电子膨胀阀的PD反馈调节控制。

Abstract:This paper presents the PID control theories, parameters, and transfer functions of electronic expansion valve system. To realize optimized control, a PID parameter setting way is put forward and an ideal PD controller is obtained. An empirical formula of PD controller for general situations is determined based on the experiments. With the PD parameters and the S7-200 PLC, the PD feedback control of the electronic expansion valve system is achieved with the help of integrated impulse-trigger stepping motor.
