基于模糊PID的铀水冶吸附原液流量控制研究

摘    要:在铀水冶原液吸附的过程中,原液流入吸附塔的流量控制,关系到铀水吸附的效率与质量。本文通过对铀水冶吸附原液流量控制系统的研究,建立了系统的数学模型。将模糊控制与PID控制结合在一起,设计了模糊PID控制器,通过模糊控制器输出对PID参数进行在线调整。经过实验研究,模糊PID控制系统比常规PID控制系统相应快,调整能力强,鲁棒性好,有效的改善了控制效果。

Abstract:Adsorption solutions on uranium hydrometallurgy process, the flow control with adsorption solutions into the absorption tower, is related to the efficiency and quality of the uranium adsorption. This paper researchs the problems that the flow control system on adsorption solutions with uranium hydrometallurgy process, A mathematical system model is established. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining fuzzy logic control and PID control, for which the param- eters of the PID controller can be adjusted on-line by the output of the fuzzy controller. By studying the experiment,the fuzzy-PID control system it has some merit compared with the PID control system, such as responlity, adjustment ability.
