摘    要:本检测系统以电感探测以及二维运动平台为核心,组成具有二维表面平整度检测的系统。电感感测探头以LDC1000为测量转换芯片,距离测量有效精度能够达到0.01mm。基于GRBL的CNC控制板设计的二维运动平台能够实现高速运动,从而提高测量效率。通过可视化编程,实现了测量结果的直观展现。实验表明,该系统能够有效的实现二维表面的高精度测量,在工件表面缺陷检测领域具有很广的应用。

Abstract:The core of the detection system is inductance detection and two-dimensional motion platform,which is composed of twodimensional surface flatness detection system.The inductive probe uses ldc1000 as the measurement conversion chip,and the effective distance measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 mm.The two-dimensional motion platform designed by CNC control board based on grbl can realize high-speed motion and improve measurement efficiency.Through visual programming,the measurement results can be displayed intuitively.The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the two-dimensional surface high-precision measurement,and has a wide range of applications in the field of workpiece surface defect detection.
