摘    要:本文研讨西门子S7-300PLC软冗余控制系统的实现以及WinCC实现并显示EXCEL报表系统集成技术。该方法突破了西门子报表的传统实现方式,使报表查看拷贝更加灵活方便。控制程序方面介绍了结晶箱升温工段模糊控制、爬坡控制相结合的控温方法,经过现场实践检验该方法在提高生产效率方面效果显著。

Abstract:This paper introduces the method how to realize Siemens S7-300PLC soft redundancy control system and how to realize EXCEL report form in WinCC witch breaks through the traditional implementation of Siemens statements. This paper also introduces in detail the ramp control combining fuzzy control temperature control in crystallization box heating section. Through the field practice shows that the method has significant effects in improving production.
