基于OWL的层次知识管理模型

本文针对目前知识管理体系对隐性知识表达能力不足以及体系的动态性和开放性不足的问题，利用OWL在智能知识表示和信息建模方面的强大功能，提出了围绕知识单元、基于OWL的层次化的知识管理体系结构，为建立动态、开放、智能化的知识管理进行了有益尝试。

An OWL-Based Hierarchical Model for Knowledge Management

To avoid the disadvantages of the current knowledge management architectures, such as the inability of recessive knowledge representation, and the lack of dynamics and openness, a hierarchical OWL-based knowledge management model is proposed in this paper. With the powerful functions of OWL in intelligent knowledge representation and information modeling, the model focuses on knowledge units and the hierarchical OWL-based model for knowledge management.
