模块化低压配电装置的研究应用

摘    要:针对现有配电箱功能和结构的设计不足,设计开发了智能型模块化台区低压配电装置。装置采用模块拼装结构,将进线单元、出线单元和补偿单元设计为标准化的独立箱体,现场安装或检修更换时,根据需求组合连接所需的各功能单元。装置的内部器件设计为标准化安装模块,后期检修或更改功能配置时,增加或更换所需的器件模块即可,大幅提升了配电装置的经济性、灵活性和可扩展性。装置强化了在功能结构上的保护隔离措施,充分保障运维检修的可靠性、快速性和安全性。装置优化了电能质量综合治理功能,改善了无功补偿实现方案,增加三相不平衡补偿单元,进一步提高台区电能质量和经济运行水平。通过在试点台区的实际运行,验证了装置设计方案的可行性,最终形成可推广应用的定型产品。

Abstract:In view of the defects of functional design and structural design of the existing distribution box, an intelligent modular distribution device of distribution transformer district is designed and developed. The device adopts modular assembly structure, the inlet unit, outlet unit and compensation unit are designed as standardized independent boxes. When installing or overhauling and replacing, the functional units are combined and connected according to requirements. The internal component of the device is designed as a standardized installation module, When the function configuration is changed or overhauled later, the required device modules can be added or replaced, which greatly improves the economy, flexibility and scalability of the distribution device. The device strengthens the protection and isolation measures on the functional structure, fully guarantee the reliability, rapidity and safety of operation and maintenance. The device optimizes the comprehensive control function of power quality, improves the reactive power compensation scheme, increases the three-phase unbalance compensation unit, and further improves the power quality and economic operation level of the station area. Through the actual operation in the pilot area, the feasibility of the device design scheme is verified, and finally the product can be popularized and applied.
