安徽省水利大数据中心建设探讨

摘    要:为解决安徽省水利信息化建设现有数据资源分散、标准不一致、共享困难、开发利用效率不高等问题,基于前期建设已有成果,通过数据资源整合、数据资源管理系统开发、应用服务支撑建设、大数据分析试点应用、云计算平台建设、技术规范和管理制度编制等一系列水利大数据中心建设内容,厘清水利对象关系,实现数据汇集交换和有序共享,提供应用系统基础支撑能力,探索水利大数据分析应用场景,保障数据存储及管理基础环境,建立统一标准的数据共享机制.通过建设完善安徽省水利大数据中心,将软硬件统一集中在数据中心,对分散的信息数据进行系统整合和有序共享,实现水利信息化标准统一,平台共用,数据共享,业务协同,有效提高信息资源的利用率,有力支撑全省水利核心业务的运作.

Discussion on construction of big data center of water conservancy in Anhui province

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of dispersed data resources, inconsistent standards, difficulties in data sharing and low development and utilization efficiency of water conservancy information in Anhui Province, this paper aims to build and improve Anhui water conservancy large data center, software and hardware are centralized in the data center. Through integration of data resource, data resource management system development, application service support construction, big data analytics pilot application, cloud computing platform construction, technical standard and management system and a series of large water conservancy data center construction content, water conservancy object relationships is clarified to achieve data acquisition orderly exchange and sharing, provide application system foundation supporting capacity, explore the application scenarios of water conservancy big data analysis, ensure the basic environment of data storage and management, and establish a unified and standard data sharing mechanism, based on the existing achievements of preliminary construction. The scattered information is integrated systematically and shared orderly, which could realize unified standard, shared platform, shard data and synergetic business of water conservancy informatizaiton, effectively improve the utilization of information resources and strong support the provincial water conservancy core business operations.
