基于北斗/GNSS?与?InSAR?的水库群坝体表面变形监测体系

摘    要:面向城市水库群安全监测的需求,提出基于北斗/GNSS与InSAR技术构建城市水库群坝体表面变形监测体系的概念,利用InSAR技术大范围、高精度的优势,研究实现水库群坝体表面变形监测高效率的方法,同时提出基于北斗/GNSS基准网实现区域内测点实时和应急监测的策略。通过2种技术手段的结合,可形成自动、高效、经济、综合的水库坝体表面变形监测作业新模式,实现对城市水库群高时间分辨率和高空间分辨率,普查性监测和重点在线监测的有机统一。

Surface deformation monitoring of reservoir group dams system with BDS/GNSS and InSAR technology

Abstract:For the demand of safety monitoring of urban reservoir group dams, this paper introduces the concepts of surface deformation monitoring system with BDS (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System) / GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and InSAR (Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar) technology. Taking advantages of InSAR technology in large scale and high precision, the method for surface deformation monitoring of urban reservoir group dams is studied. Meantime, the strategy of real-time monitoring and emergency monitoring on regional observation points based on BDS/GNSS reference net is proposed. Through the combination of two kinds of technologies, a new mode of automatic, high-efficiency, economical and comprehensive surface deformation monitoring system of urban reservoir group dams can be formed, which can achieve the fusion with high temporal resolution and spatial resolution, with wide-area monitoring and real-time monitoring of important objects.
