摘 要: | 以碧圣水务公司运营水厂巡检事务管理系统建设为例,依据《全国水利信息化"十三五"规划》和水利工程标准化的事务处理闭环化理念,构建一种闭环化的水务巡检事务管理流程,提出一种利用GPS定位和二维码扫描相结合的签到巡检模式,并利用移动互联网、二维码、GPS和GIS等信息化技术及WebOS,Java技术,开发基于Android/iOS操作系统的智能巡检App和PC事务管理平台,实现多终端一体化、跨平台协同办公的水务巡检事务管理。实践表明:巡检事务管理系统能有效规范巡检事务处理流程,提高办公效率,提升数据集约共享程度。

Abstract: | Taking the construction of routing inspection management system of water plants in Bisheng Company as an example, based on 13th Five-Year Plan for National Water Conservancy Informatization and the closed-loop management concept of water conservancy engineering standardization, it constructs a closed-loop water inspection business management process, proposes a sign-in inspection mode combining GPS positioning and QR code scanning. And then using mobile internet, QR code, GPS, GIS and other information technology, as well as WebOS, Java technology, developed Android/iOS mobile phone-based intelligent inspection App and PC transaction management platform it achieves water inspection management system of multi-terminal integration, cross-platform collaborative work. Practice shows that the system can regulate the inspection transaction process, improve office efficiency and increase data collection and sharing. |
