| 摘 要： | 中海油6000Nm3／h氮气空分项目PLC控制系统采用了全球领先的自动化品牌产品Rockwell Automation，该系统基于上位机监控软件RSviewSE和ControlLogix系列可编程控制器。由于此类系统配置在现代空分行业较少使用，因此文章全面介绍了整个系统的软硬件、通讯和安全可靠性的配置情况，并对分子筛系统的设计与实现作了详细介绍。

| Abstract: | The PLC control system for 6000Nm3/h nitrogen air separation project of CNOOC adopts the global leading automation branded product Rockwell Automation. The system is based on upper computer monitoring software RSView SE and ControlLogix series programmable controller. Due to the system configuration rarely used in modem air separation industry, the configurations of hardware and software, communication, and safe reliability in the whole system are overall introduced. Also the design and realization of molecular sift system are introduced in detail. |
