| 摘 要： | 为解决教学业务档案分散存放、信息流转不畅、资源的开发和利用率低等问题,利用互联网开发了基于数据库技术的教学业务档案管理系统,实现了档案的科学管理。文章从系统研究内容、设计方案和关键技术等方面阐述了该管理系统的设计与实现技术。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems,such as teaching business files in different places,poor information flow,low resource development and utilization,the teaching business files management system based on database technology is developed by internet,and the scientific management of files is achieved. From the research contents,design scheme and key technologies of the system,the design and implementation of the management system are elaborated. |
