PHD系统在石化行业的部署与应用研究

摘    要:MES系统在中石油范围内正在大规模推广实施,作为MES的核心模块PHD(Process History Database)实时数据库系统是最基础和最重要的组成部分,它的实施部署的成功与否决定着整个MES系统实施的成败。文章重点介绍了实时数据库在DCS、PLC、SCADA中实现接口对接和信息集成的方法,以及PHD实时数据库的原理、功能和特征。同时,对实施后的效果作了展示,对部署实施中遇到的实际问题和相应的解决办法作了详细论述。

Abstract:MES system is being implemented extensively in PetroChina. As the core module of MES, real-time database system PHD (Process History Database) is the most fundamental and most important component, its implementation and deployment will determine whether the whole MES system implementation is successful or not. We mainly introduce the methods of realizing interface docking and information integration for real-time database in DCS, PLC and SCADA, and the principle, function and characteristics of real-time database PHD. Meanwhile, the effect of implementing is shown, and the practical problems met in deploying and implementing, and corresponding solution are discussed in detail.
