Abstract:
Efficient and reliable numerical techniques of high-order accuracy are presented for solving problems for nonlinear perturbed biharmonic equations. The method is widely applicable, e.g. to problems of elasticity and in fluid mechanics. Here it is used to obtain accurate solutions for the driven cavity applying fourth order approximation on all convective terms. Solutions are calculated up to Reynolds number 30000.
