| 摘 要： | 多年来,山东省人口和计划生育系统通过不断完善省、市、县、乡、村五级系统内专线网络和面向公众开放的互联网。在育龄妇女数据库日臻完善的前提下。深入研究实践为公众服务的措施。探索出在人口大省如何为育龄群众服务的途径。逐步形成了公共服务的电子政务体系。不断提高了向全省育龄群众服务的水平。
