基于师范生教学实践能力培养的混合式教学模式研究——以河北科技师范学院小学教育专业为例

为提升师范院校实践教学质量,就师范生教学实践能力培养进行混合式教学模式研究,提出通过线上教学与线下教育实践相融合的培养模式。借助线上观摩优秀教学视频、线下观摩实地教学的教育见习模式,基于翻转课堂的教育研习实习模式,远程微格研训与毕业实习相融合的模式,以期发挥线上和线下各自的优势形成合力,建构和提升师范生教学实践能力。该模式遵循师范生教学能力发展规律,采用线上和线下相结合方式,创新培养模式,发挥线上与线下教学各自优势,实现培养目标。

Research on the Blended Teaching Mode Based on the Teaching Practical Ability Cultivating of Normal Students-Taking the Specialty of Primary School Education in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as an Example

In order to improve the quality of practical teaching in normal universities,this paper studies the blended teaching mode of normal students'teaching practical ability cultivating,and puts forward the cultivating mode of integrating online teaching and offline education practice.With the help of the educational internship mode of online observation of excellent teaching videos and offline observation of field teaching,the educational research and practical mode based on flipped classroom,and the integration mode of remote micro research and training as well as graduation practice,in order to play the advantages of online and offline to form a joint force,construct and improve the teaching practical ability of normal students.This mode follows the law of normal students'teaching ability development,adopts the combination of online and offline,innovates the cultivating mode,plays online and offline teaching advantages,and realizes the cultivating goal.
