试谈医院信息化的项目沟通

随着医院信息化建设的逐步推进和深入，医院的信息化建设已经由原来以财务为主线的收费结算系统，向临床管理信息化阶段（CIS）过渡。在医院信息化的项目建设过程中，作为数字化建设的项目承建商，不仅需要面对医院的各层领导和科室人员。而且还必须与硬件、系统软件、其他软件分包商进行沟通。如何建立一个医院的沟通平台，进行整个项目的有效沟通，促进医院信息化建设的健康发展。本文针对医院信息化项目的沟通作一个浅显的阐述。

Program Communication about Informative Hospital

With the gradual propulsion of the comtruction of information-based society in the hospital, the mode has transited from fi- nance-majored system into CIS, During the process of comtruction of information-based society, the managers of digitalized construction need to contact with the leaders and staff in the hospital, moreover, they have to communicate with the hardware, system software and whet software dealers. This article is to illustrate briefly how to establish a communication platform in the hospital to carry on the effective the entire project, thus to promote the healthy development for the comtruction of the information-based society.
