基于遗传算法的重力式立体仓库优化调度

摘    要:为提高重力式立体仓库出入库操作的效率,分析了某企业重力式立体仓库货架布局,提出了货物在出入库操作中的七种规则集,以平均作业时间、堆垛机利用率、其它设备利用率为优化控制目标,用遗传算法求出出入库路径优化的最优解。通过C语言仿真实验验证了提出的方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to enhance the gravity multi-layered storehouse to leave the warehousing operation the efficiency,has analyzed some enterprise gravity type multi-layered storehouse shelf layout,proposed the cargo in leaves in the warehousing operation seven kind of rulesets,take the average work time,the hay stacker use factor,other equipment utilization rate as the optimized control goal,extracts the warehousing way optimization and the dynamic storage space assignment optimal solution with the genetic algorithm....
