| 摘 要： | 网络教学资源建设是教育信息化建设的重要组成部分,是进行数字化信息技术与课程整合的重要保证和前提,是开展网络教学的基础。完善、成熟的资源库系统可以将纷繁复杂的教学资源有效地组织起来并通过网络方便地提供给每一个参与教学活动的主体。本文从大学英语教学需求的特点出发,提出了构建高校网络英语教学资源库的建设思路,并对资源库系统的设计要点、功能模块等进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | As the important part of educational information-based,the precondition of the information technology into the process of curriculum teaching and the foundations of the web-based instructional.All well-designed resource system can efficiently organize all kinds of education material and apply it to everyone which take part in education.Based on education practice and actual situation of College English instruction,the thesis mainly discusses how to design and develop an education resource system for College English teaching and learning. |
