| 摘 要： | 政府部门办公自动化系统应以公文处理为核心,同时提供信息通讯与服务等重要功能,因此,该系统设计包括公文管理、内部请示报告管理、档案管理、会议管理等应用,并作了详细的需求分析和可行性分析,基于Lotus Domino/Notes设计了电子公文应用系统。

| Abstract: | Government Department office automation system should be based on official documents as the core treatment,while providing communications and information services,etc.Key features of the system design,including correspondence management,internal instruc-tions report management,records management,conference management,and other applications,and made a detailed demand analysis and feasibility analysis,based on Lotus Domino/Notes the design of an electronic document applications. |
