| 摘 要： | 本文通过实例介绍了用Excel准确确定精馏塔灵敏板的计算过程。对文献中所介绍的求取精馏塔灵敏板位置的方法进行了详尽的数值分析后,对其不合理性提出了改进措施。数值分析的结果表明:精馏塔灵敏板并不靠近进料板,而是处于精馏段的中上部,且回流比愈小,灵敏板位置愈靠近塔顶。

| Abstract: | This paper shows how to determine accurately the position of sensitive plates in distillation tower using Excel for an example, and puts forward more reasonable modifying suggestions after analyzing numerically in detail method of determining the position of sensitive plates in distillation tower introduced by reference and finding out something unsatisfactory about it. The results indicate that the position of sensitive plates is located at the section of middle or upper in tower but not near feeding plate, and the smaller reflux ratio, the closer overhead of distillation tower. |
