计算机在中药材质量评估中的应用

摘    要:本文通过仪器分析方法及计算机方法,对25种金银花中药材进行了分类及质量等级判别。采用高效液相色谱法和顶空-气相色谱法提取金银花有效成分的含量指标,首先用模糊聚类方法进行预分类,然后应用模型中的ISODATA聚类分析法根据样品含量指标的相似程度分成5类,再根据分类结果构造多元隶属函数,得出一种模糊模型的等级识别法,进而对25种金银花中药材做了等级判别,取得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract:The 25 species of Lonicera japonica Thunb which belongs to Chinese medicinal herb are classified and evaluated to their qualities by the methods of instrumental analysis and computer. The relative quantities of effective compositions of the herbs are obtained by HPLC and HS-GC. According to the similarity, using the peak areas as the index of relative content, pre-classification was done by Fuzzy method, and got 5 classes by ISODATA method. On the basis of the classfication, a plural subordinate function was formed and a grade distinguishing method of Fuzzy mode was obtained Thus grade distinguishing was done to the 25 species of Lonicera japonica Thunb. The result was satisfactory.
