聚丙稀反应过程鲁棒PID自整定系统的研究

摘    要:针对聚丙稀反应过程的温度控制,提出了一种简单而鲁棒性较强的鲁棒PID控制算法.即将模型输出上下界和统计的方法,分别应用到聚丙稀反应过程带有滞后环节对象的鲁棒辨识中,再利用Minmax算法对稳定的PID控制器参数进行整定。最后使用UML建立了鲁棒PID控制器参数自整定系统的模型,对其进行了分析、设计和实现。实践表明:该系统能有效地控制聚丙稀反应过程的温度。

Abstract:Aimed at the temperature control in polypropylene reaction process,a new easy and robust PID(Proportional-Integral-Dif- ferential)control algorithm is presented.Namely,two novel identification algorithms which include up and down borders and statistical methods are respectively used in the identification process of object with dead-time in the process.Furthermore,the stable PID control- ler parameters are self-adjusted by Minmax algorithm.At last,the UML model of the system of robust PID controller self-adjusting is established,analyzed,designed and implemented.The fact proves its validation.
