催化重整在线计算模型的研究

摘    要:催化重整装置先进控制技术的发展,迫切需要开发出催化重整在线计算模型。本文在Smith三集总模型的基础上,将氢气和液化气合并为一个集总,建立了催化重整四集总模型。根据在线模型的实时性特点,用LevenBerg-Marquardt法和韦氏特征方向法求解模型参数。计算结果表明,该模型可以模拟重整装置的生产状况,预测重整产品的收率和辛烷值。

Abstract:It gets more and more urgent to develop the online model of catalytic reforming with the development of advanced control ofreforming process.A simplified four-lumped kinetic model of the catalytic reforming process has been developed based on Smith'smodel.The model idealizes naphtha feed to four lumping,namely,paraffins,naphthenes,aromatics and gas covering liquid gas andpure hydrogen.According to prerequisite of the on-line model,the method of Wei's eigenvector and LevenBerg-Marquardt nonlinearleast square estimator was selected to solve first-order differential equations resulting from proposed four-luming kinectic model.Themodel results have been tested in off-line context.The discrepancy between model-predicated results and test data is generally small,demonstrating the model to be viable for on-line prediction of yields and RON for domestic catalytic reforming process.
