聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)不同比例组成的定量分析

摘    要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和计算机辅助解析法对于聚羟基脂肪酸脂(PHAs)共聚物中不同比例组成进行了定量的研究。通过去卷积和曲线拟合,得到了羟基丁酸与羟基己酸共聚物「P(HB-co-xHH)」中,单在己酸(HH)的含量,结果表明,此含量与已知的加入量吻合,则可用此方法对于未知呈的共聚物进行预测。

Abstract:As an important biodegradable material, the Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) takes a broad spectum in the industrial, medicinal and electronic fields. The most interesting species, the copolymer of the polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and hydroxyhexanoate (HH), with its special characters, are focused on the latest study in the PHAs field. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and the computer aided analysis were used in the quantitative analysis of the copolymers P(HB co xHH)], which x symbolizes the content of the HH. The results of curve fitting match the known content well. This research may supply an attractive method to predict the content of the HH in the P(HB co xHH)].
